What Type Of Paperwork Do You Need For A Homeloan?
Lets have a look at the possible type of paperwork required for a mortgage application –
Identification Paperwork -
- A copy of your drivers licence, back and front
- A copy of your passport
- If you have changed your name, a copy of your change of name certificate or marriage certificate.
- If you are a permanent or temporary resident, we may require a copy of your visa grant approval.
Income Verification Paperwork –
- Each applicants latest two payslips
- Your latest payment summary or group certificate maybe required
- A bank may require a copy of your employment contract or an employment letter confirming your employment conditions.
- If you are self employed 1 or 2 years financials and tax returns, plus your ATO notice of assessments.
Savings account and other loan commitments paperwork
- Your latest 1 to 6 months bank statements for all savings / deposit accounts.
- If you have a credit card, the latest statement
- If you have other loans, like a car / personal or other home loan, the latest 6 months statements.
- If you have a HECS / HELP debt, a My Gov print out of your current balance.
